Overview

Dedicated to architects and designers, Atelier Tarkett is a unique space, in both its concept and its approach
to its material. Atelier Tarkett defines itself as an extension of the architect's or designer's office. A space for dialogue and collaboration, this site has been designed as a powerful project accelerator. A source of inspiration, discovery and creativity, it offers a new destination in the heart of Paris for architects, designers and their clients. The venue itself is a demonstration of the brand's products, presented with boldness, creativity and unconventional decisions. More than a showroom, Atelier Tarkett turns flooring into a fertile ground for expression.

Strategy

The success of a site design project relies as much on the quality of its implementation as on its schedule! Before focusing on the plans, 5•5 first helped Tarkett determine the site's functions and define its strategic positioning. Solid foundations to ensure complete cohesiveness between the space's operation and its architectural style.

Branding

Atelier Tarkett's identity is first conveyed through the colour selected: blue, which operates as a common thread appearing on all communication elements. Blue is the colour of the Tarkett brand, but it also references the blue work clothes worn in factories, as well as construction site plans.
Along with this colour, we created 6 patterns to represent the 6 families of materials produced by the group: vinyl, linoleum, wood, carpet, etc.
The colour and patterns fit together, like a floor layout designed by an architect, to form the Atelier's brand identity.
