Pursuant to the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI), the partial or complete reproduction for collective use of the "5-5.paris" website is strictly forbidden without the express authorization of 5•5. The user is also forbidden from modifying the http://www.5-5.paris domain, translating or transcribing it into another language, or transfering data from the http://www.5-5.paris domain to a third party without the prior authorization of 5•5 .

Use of the site's content
Definition
The term "content" as used on this page should be interpreted as follows: "content" includes any information, work, text, video, sound, animation, photography or image contained on the site.
Authorized use
Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code authorize, on the one hand, "copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the copier's own use and not intended for collective use" and, on the other hand, subject to the inclusion of the author's name and source, "analyses and short quotes of a critical, argumentative, educational, scientific or informational nature". All other forms of representation or reproduction by any means, including by download or printing, shall constitute an act of infringement sanctioned by Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
You are thereby authorized to access, download and print any page of the Content in a temporary file for your own personal use. Moral right
In accordance with the Intellectual Property Code, all authors are entitled to the respect of their names and of the integrity of their work. Thus, use of any content protected as a work by the Intellectual Property Code must be without modification and bear the names of the work's creator and of the owner of the rights, if applicable.
Liability
Although every effort is made in the creation of the content, 5•5 shall not be considered responsible or answerable, whether explicitly or implicitly, for the accuracy of any content that may be created or for the use thereof by site users. Furthermore, 5•5 is not responsible for the ways in which site users might use content they find on the site.
5•5 agrees to use all necessary means to ensure the optimal provision of the services it offers to site users. It shall not be held liable in the event of a force majeure occurrence or any circumstances beyond its control, including in the event of a service interruption resulting from a failure of the telephone network or the site user's internet service provider.
Finally, 5.5 shares links on its site to other sites; 5•5 shall not be held liable for access to these sites or their content.
Hyperlinks
This site authorizes the creation of hyperlinks to its content, providing that deep linking is not used and that the source is mentioned. However, authorization is not granted to websites sharing content that is offensive to human dignity, public order and good morals.
